BCA Standard Forms Changes
Next, there are a bunch of changes coming to BCA's standard forms on November 12th. One of the big ones is that the residential Property Disclosure Statement will now include applicable GST in the purchase price. Lastly, GVR has started proactively auditing listings. They're doing this to make sure all the required documents and photos are uploaded within the first 24 hours. If you get an audit email, make sure to respond within 24 hours. If you don't, the listing could be canceled until it's resolved, which basically hides it.
