Good morning, GVR! Jesse L. here with your real estate news update. We've got some exciting changes and updates coming to your essential tools and services, so let's get right into it.

Paragon Connect Mobile App

First up, the new Paragon Connect Mobile app. It's pretty cool – over 30% of members have already logged in within the first two weeks! This app brings the full power of desktop Paragon right to your phone. You can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play. And hey, don't forget to sign up for one of the free November webinars they're offering to help you get the most out of it. Pair it with the recently redesigned Collaboration Centre, and you've got a really smooth mobile experience for both you and your clients.

Auto Data Transfer Pilot

We've also launched an auto data transfer pilot. What this does is let information from the data input form and WebForms automatically transfer over to the MLS when you're creating a listing. This means no more duplicate work, which is always a win. You'll want to check with your managing broker about how to get access to this.

BCA Standard Forms Changes

Next, there are a bunch of changes coming to BCA's standard forms on November 12th. One of the big ones is that the residential Property Disclosure Statement will now include applicable GST in the purchase price. It's a good idea to check out BCA's pre-launch package to make sure you're up to speed on all these changes.

Proactive Listing Audits

Lastly, GVR has started proactively auditing listings. They're doing this to make sure all the required documents and photos are uploaded within the first 24 hours. If you get an audit email, make sure to respond within 24 hours. If you don't, the listing could be canceled until it's resolved, which basically hides it. These updates really do bring some great benefits, so don't miss out.
